From ambition to agenda

One sentence. Twelve weeks of plan.

Tell Milo what you are chasing and it answers with phases, weeks and sessions — every block reasoned, every block yours to move.

  1. Your words

    “Bench 100 kg by December”

Four days a week, rack at home

  2. Phase 1 · Base

    Weeks 1–4

    Build volume, sharpen technique

  3. Phase 2 · Build

    Weeks 5–9

Heavier work, deload in week 8

  4. Phase 3 · Peak

    100 kg × 1

    Weeks 10–12 · test day 12 December

Example data

An illustration of one goal — bench 100 kilograms by December — becoming three training phases: a four-week base, a five-week build with a deload, and a three-week peak ending on a test day in December.

In the gym

You lift. Milo counts.

Open the session and it is already there — the movements, the loads, the rest between them. Two taps log a set, the timer starts itself, and last week’s numbers sit beside this week’s so you always know what you are chasing.

  • Two taps to log a set — weight, reps, done
  • Rest timers start themselves between sets
  • Last week’s numbers stay on screen beside today’s

Every rep counts

122.5 kg says more than a thousand words

Every set you finish becomes a number Milo keeps: session volume, estimated maxes, and the moment a lift turns into a record. Nothing to export, nothing to total by hand.

  • Session and weekly volume, totalled as you go
  • Records recognised the moment you set one
  • Lifting, running, cycling and swimming in one history

Example data

An illustration of a barbell loaded with three plates a side, flagged as a record at plus 2.5 kilograms, above a session total of 18 sets and 14,850 kilograms.

Adaptive periodisation

A plan that breathes with your body

Sixteen weeks planned ahead and re-weighed every week against what you actually lifted, ran and slept. Easy weeks arrive when you need them rather than when a template says so — and when you miss a week, the plan is rebuilt around it instead of abandoned.

  • Deloads scheduled from your load, not from the calendar
  • Miss a week and the plan rebuilds around it
  • Every change is a proposal you confirm, evidence attached
  • Deload · week 8
  • Peak · goal week
  1. Week 1
  2. Week 8
  3. Week 16

Example data

An illustration of training load rising in waves across sixteen weeks, dipping for a deload around week 8 and reaching its highest point at the goal in week 16.

Fuel × training

Eat for tomorrow’s session

Snap a photo and Milo logs the meal. Your targets move with the block you are in — more fuel on the heavy days, honestly less on the easy ones — so food and training stop being two separate projects.

  • Log a meal from a photo of your plate
  • Targets shift with your training block, day by day
  • Gaps are shown, never quietly filled in
